1007 HP Eleanor Mustang Engine, Supercharged 427 Ford Build
This Eleanor Mustang's engine was built by Prestige Motorsports, Concord NC, a 427 Ford power adder series engine with a forged steel crank, forged H beam rods, and 2618 forged pistons, fully blueprinted and balanced. A Vortech V7 straight drive supercharger feeds the engine, and dyno testing recorded 1007 peak HP, well beyond the output of the original 1967 Shelby GT500 that inspired the Eleanor look.
